Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to use this site. By using moderncigarlibrary.com you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account and subscriptions

If you create an account, you are responsible for the credentials. Premium subscriptions ($4.99 monthly or $47.99 annual) are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; you will retain Premium access through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case within 14 days of purchase.

User content

If you submit reviews, ratings, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content on the site. You retain ownership. We may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

Intellectual property

All site content (book excerpts, blog posts, design, code, graphics) is owned by The Modern Cigar Library LLC unless otherwise noted. You may share excerpts with proper attribution. You may not republish entire pages, books, or chapters without written permission.

Health disclaimer
